At First National Townsville, we do Property Management differently.

In the traditional model, one Property Manager is expected to do it all.....routine inspections, vacates, entry condition reports, arrears, leasing, maintenance, owner communication, tenant communication and everything in between.

But when your Property Manager is out of the office for days doing inspections, who is there when you need them and when you call, how long does it take to receive a return phone call?

We decided there was a better way.

We’ve created Specialised Departments, with people who focus on the areas they’re good at, and importantly, the areas they actually enjoy. Because when people enjoy what they do, they do it well. If your Property Manager doesn't enjoy collecting arrears, imagine how high your arrears will be and if your Property Manager doesn't like doing maintenance or vacates, can you just imagine the state of the property.

Overseeing it all is our Department Manager, Julianne Delforce, who has been with us since 2011. She provides incredible and knowledgeable leadership across the entire team. So there is always someone in charge, always someone accountable and always someone you can talk to and she knows what's going on everyday.
